Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are unable to arrive on time, we may advise you to reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can provide your service without rushing or causing delays for subsequent appointments. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

NAIL & FACIAL TREATMENT ROOM

Enjoy the spa's tranquility. Please switch off your phone and use your 'spa voice.'

PRICES

All our prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to the prevailing 9% goods and services tax. 

Prices are correct at the time of printing and subject to change without prior notice.

REFUNDS

All purchases are non-refundable.

TIPPING

Tipping is not expected at Trimmings. However, if you'd like to show your appreciation, you can offer a tip after your session. Tips can also be included in your credit card bill.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.

Discussing any issues ahead of your visit will prevent disappointment on the day. Our staff can customize treatments to suit your needs or book an alternative treatment for you.

GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are available for purchase at our front desk (hard copy) and online (digital). Vouchers are sold in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, and $500. They can be used at all our locations for services or products. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

VALUABLES

All guests are reminded that they are responsible for their own property and belongings. Trimmings Salon & Spa shall not be liable for any damage or loss to the property and/or belongings of any guest, however caused, including by our negligence or otherwise.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to our team, and the time allocated is reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We look forward to serving you!

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require 100% payment before confirming future appointments.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, nail, or spa service, please return to us within 7 days of your appointment date.
