We kindly ask all guests to observe the following guidelines to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience for everyone.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth start.

LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid rushing your service or delaying other clients. Your understanding is appreciated.

NAIL & FACIAL TREATMENT ROOM
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, please switch off your phone and use your 'spa voice.'

PRICES
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to the prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax. Prices are accurate at the time of printing but may change without notice.

REFUNDS
All purchases are non-refundable.

TIPPING
Tipping is not expected, but if you'd like to show your appreciation, you may tip after your service or add it to your credit card bill.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking. This allows us to tailor treatments to your needs.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available at our front desk and online in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, $300, and $500. They are valid for 1 year and can be redeemed at any location for services or products.

VALUABLES
Guests are responsible for their belongings. Trimmings Salon & Spa is not liable for any damage or loss of property.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Frequent no-shows may require pre-payment for future bookings.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE
If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to allow us to address the issue.
